Returns
Simply complete the back of the packing slip that arrived with your order and enclose it (along with any related correspondence) in your return box. Repack item(s) in the original container, if possible. Use the return label and ship via insured regular mail or regular ground UPS. Do not ship via expedited delivery such as Express Mail, FedEx, UPS second day or overnight delivery. You are responsible for paying for return shipping should you want to return an item.

If you cannot locate your packing slip, here is a copy of the back in Adobe PDF format for you to download, fill out, and include with your return.

Important: If merchandise was damaged during shipping, please save the original packaging and immediately notify our Customer Service Department at 800-345-5789 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT or email sales@griotsgarage.com.
