Orders are received at our Corporate Offices in Tacoma, WA. All orders are shipped from our Distribution Center in Plainfield, IN. All shipping charges are based on the dollar amount of your order, unless otherwise stated on the Product Detail Page. When ordering please include a street address (no P.O. Boxes).
During our "Free Shipping On Orders Over $25" promotion the Standard Shipping & Handling Charges outlined in the chart below will be waived. Two Business Day Delivery
A flat-rate of $49.00 will be charged for two business day delivery. Certain items are excluded due to weight or size. Your order will arrive within two business days when placed before 1 p.m. Pacific Time (Monday - Friday). Please add one day to shipping time frames during Holidays as most carriers are closed.
Next Business Day Delivery
A flat-rate of $69.00 will be charged for next business day delivery. Certain items are excluded due to weight or size. Your order will arrive within the next business day when placed before 1 p.m. Pacific Time (Monday - Friday). Please add one day to shipping time frames during Holidays as most carriers are closed.
Oversized Products
Due to size and/or weight, some items require additional shipping charges on top of our Standard Shipping & Handling Charges. These charges are stated on the item's Product Detail Page. During our "Free Shipping On Orders Over $25" promotion you will only pay the additional shipping. This charge will be marked as Standard shipping during checkout but will only in include the additional charges from these select items.
Restricted Products
Some items cannot be transported via air service due to FAA regulations. We cannot ship these restricted items outside of the 48 contiguous United States.
Gift Certificate Shipping & Handling
Shipping and handling charges for gift certificates ordered alone or shipping to a separate address from other products are: $4.99 for standard ground, $9.99 for two business day, and $12.99 for next business day service. If the gift certificate is included with other products all delivered to the same address, the gift certificate charges are waived.
Large Item (Freight) Orders
Due to the large size and weight of certain cabinet or heavy-weight products, these items are shipped by a freight service and do not fall within our Standard Shipping & Handling Charges. Shipping charges are calculated during checkout. This is noted on the item's Product Detail Page. During our "Free Shipping On Orders Over $25" promotion this charge will be marked as Standard shipping during checkout but will only reflect the freight charges for these select items.

You can choose to send contents of your order to more than one location during checkout. Shipping and handling charges, and any restrictions above, are based on the products sent to each location.
Canadian Orders
