Of course I own a pair of every shoe Piloti makes but this is one of my favorites. The suede uppers with contrasting stitching, laces and inner mesh liner, the engineered roll-control™ heel design provides superior style and support. And it's extremely comfortable. The sole is the coolest feature though, as it's inspired by a vintage Dunlop racing tire and has an added lateral sole to the side of the right shoe for that quick blip of the throttle! The spherical heel acts as a great pivot point for precise pedal pressure and supports your ankles and heels. The sock-liner is comfortable, breathable and removable for orthotics. The mesh tongue keeps your feet cool. Even though it is a superior driving shoe, I wear these around the house, garage and to concours events to which I receive a nod of approval from those select few that understand... Wearing them tells the world you're an automotive gear head, that you know how to drive, and when called upon, doing a well-synchronized heel and toe is just as natural as clipping the apex. Men's sizes 7-11 1/2 by half size increments, 12 and 13. Sizes run true in a medium (D) width.
