Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best I've Ever Used! I bought this to get some stains out of charcoal carpet. The stains were in the car when purchased used. The stains turned the charcoal to brown in many places. A good spray of this and it lifted those right away. Before my eyes they disappeared, then I started to dab with a towel and it lifted it all away. The more I dabbed, the more it lifted it. It didn't take much spray, but it lifted it all away. I quickly looked for any other minor spots in the rest of the car and my wife's car to get them addressed. I'll be purchasing another can very soon just to have for the future. The rest of what's in the can I have is getting passed along to a coworker to try for himself. You've gotta see this stuff in action.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Saved Our Rocking Chair!! So, at some point, something (kids won't confess) nasty was spilled on my wife's rocking chair (See Photos). She breastfed all 4 of our kids in this chair so its kind of a big deal. We didn't know what to do, it was obviously ruined. I had bought the carpet spot remover to clean the cargo area of my Yukon (which it did awsome!) and the can wasn't empty yet. I figured what the heck and I should give it a shot. I knew I could trust a Griot's Garage product to not ruin our chair. The results were amazing (See Photos). Thanks!!

Can you use this on your cars fabric seats. Not sure which is a better buy this one or the Interior Cleaner for tough stains.

You can actually use both on your Fabric seats, however the Carpet Spot remover would work well for the tougher stains.

My 1950s seat upholstery is made of wool and likely delicate. I need to remove a small but very visible grease smudge. Is this product safe for my upholstery?

We would use the least aggressive method necessary for your 50's Wool seats. I would start out with either the interior cleaner item 11104 or carpet cleaner item 10997. Spray the product directly on a microfiber towel and attemt to blot the stain before aggitation. As always test in a inconspicous area first.

someone mentioned you have a product which can be used to remove oil spots from garage floor/cement driveway, can you tell me the product name?

We no longer offer our Concrete Cleaner that was intended for removing driveway stains. However, our Citrus Multi-Surface Cleaner is great for cleaning up oil spots on garage floors.

Will this product be effective in removing winter salt stains on the carpet?

Depending on the severity of the salt contamination it is likely that Carpet Cleaner or Carpet Spot Remover will effectively remove the salt residue and staining that can occur. If the salt has penetrated deeply into the carpet fibers it may require multiple applications or the use of an extractor for complete removal.
