This position will optimize supply chain performance through partnerships with our suppliers to the benefit of both our businesses through cost containment, return on inventory investment, and resolving product issues.

Summary of Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Product Development Team to obtain specifications for negotiation of terms of service from suppliers.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, supplies, and services for the organization through relationship building with vendors and developing long-term strategies for each brand and product.
  • Developing relationships with new suppliers and creating supply chains for new products to optimize our return on investment.
  • Partner with suppliers to negotiate quantity requirements, pricing and delivery of goods.
  • Maintain supplier performance metrics and make recommendations on portfolio or supplier changes.
  • Review inventory supply needs daily and issue purchase orders as necessary, making purchasing decisions based on demand and product lifecycle.
  • Manage and monitor purchase orders for on-time delivery, conformity, and completeness, and work with the appropriate internal and external departments to resolve discrepancies.

Education/Certification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration or a related field
  • Three years of increasingly responsible procurement experience, to include contract the negotiation and oversight

We have one opening for a Customer Experience Associate (CEA) with a sharp mind, eagerness to learn, and a strong desire to take care of the customer at every opportunity. The primary duty of every CEA is to assist customers with product and service questions and requests. This involves customer-facing sales and support, in-person and over the phone. The mission of the CEA is to ensure that each customer experiences the best quality service, while maximizing the efficiency of operations.

This position will give you the opportunity to work in an iconic building surrounded by vintage race cars, motorcycles, and unique pieces of automotive history. Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Engages customers in explaining product benefits and features.

The Director of Procurement and Supply Chain Management is responsible for leading our organization's supply chain operations including purchasing, logistics and inventory, selection and management of vendor relationships, and strategically monitoring opportunities and obstacles impacting the company's ability to fulfill customer demand.

You will have the opportunity to champion the demand planning and supply and operations planning process, and foster stakeholder relationships as a business partner, proactively identifying areas of opportunity for process improvement, cost efficiencies and more effective cash flow management.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain vendor relationships, including negotiating rates, SLA agreements and vendor scorecard.
  • Lead the procurement team in daily operations with a focus on succession planning, organizational and talent development.
  • Use Continuous Improvement methodology and mindset to identify short-term and long-term opportunities throughout the supply chain.
  • Develop, implement, and manage sourcing, inventory strategies and policy to optimize inventory turns and cash flow.
  • Actively manage key areas of purchasing and procurement spend.
  • Monitor supply chain and market trends to ensure informed decision making on timing and impact of downstream changes.

Key Competencies:

Forecast Analyst (Tacoma, WA)

This position will work cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to monitor and continuously improve the process of fulfilling customer orders. The Forecast Analyst will come from a retail/consumer products background and have a strong understanding of the CPG industry, was well as experience with forecast analysis and maintenance. The primary responsibility is to provide input into the development and implementation of logistics, strategies, processes and tools to improve efficiency and be cost effective.

Key Duties & Responsbilities

  • Provide ongoing support of CPG inventory initiatives support analysis by developing inventory projection and goals, and identify and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop inventory projection and goals, and identify and recommend corrective actions.
  • Assist in quantifying and defining the scope for capacity, resource, logistics and supply chain planning.
  • Recommend improvements to procedures to reduce the cost and increase the speed of sales and operations planning.
  • Utilize forecast system to create an accurate SKU level demand forecast. This will be used for replenishment ordering, allocation, merchandise planning, promotional planning, etc.
  • Ensures best practices for assortment planning and makes recommendations to support allocation strategies and portfolio review.
  • Design new metrics and prepare reports and summaries of specific items to monitor forecast accurately and analyze sales and forecast patterns and trends, business seasonality and inventory.
  • Analyzes and recommends merchandise strategy and preps the portfolio analysis worksheets (to maximize sales and profitability).
  • Assist forecasts for all sales channels with the help of various statistical forecasting norms and business intelligence.
  • Coordinate with various teams and gather and explain data from multiple sources to formulate future sales forecasts and SOP.

Experience Desired:

Minimum 3 years working in Forecasting and/or Operational Planning in a CPG manufacturing environment required. Experience in the automotive surface care industry and/or manufacturing, working with both retail and non-retail channels a big plus. A passion for automobiles makes this a dream job.

Education/Licenses/Certifications/Formal Traing:

BS/BA in related field or equivalent work experience (Business or Supply Chain preferred).
