Customer Service Representative for Inbound Contact Center (Tacoma, WA)

Overview:

We are currently hiring for Customer Service/Sales Representatives. This position is responsible for answering inbound telephone and email inquiries. The best candidates will have an eagerness to learn, a strong passion and enthusiasm for anything automotive and a strong desire to take care of the customer at every opportunity. We are looking for a self-motivated, goal oriented professional who thrives in a fun customer service and sales environment. We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service and will only consider candidates who are willing to do the same day in and day out.

Responsibilities:

  • Field inbound sales and customer service calls/emails.
  • Respond to customer's phone calls, emails, or traditional mail in a professional manner.
  • Up-sell additional related products.
  • Capture and verify customer information.
  • Fielding technical product and process inquiries.
  • Maintain and uphold the highest levels of customer service without exception.

Qualifications:

  • Aggressive, motivated, self-starter who is passionate about their work, our customers and everything automotive.
  • 1-3 years Call Center experience preferred.
  • Is willing to build a long-term relationship with the customers and our company.
  • Provide quality customer service via telephone, email or face to face.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport, qualify, present, and build value for sales opportunities.
  • Ability to type 30-40 wpm with excellent spelling and grammar.
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Application Knowledge.
  • Ability to perform well in a constantly changing environment; actively seeking new roles as needed within a customer centric work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute an email program strategy to align with align with business goals and objectives
  • Develop, execute, and analyze paid and organic search strategy
  • Execute and analyze the design and execution of Google Shopping and other feed-related advertising programs
  • Define and execute affiliate, display, social media, and retargeting strategies
  • Optimize performance metrics and communicate results and findings monthly

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of online marketing experience, preferably in email and/or paid search programs

Forecast Analyst (Tacoma, WA)

Fast growing, Premium Car Care brand is looking for a Forecast Analyst to join their team. The Forecast Analyst will come from a retail/consumer products background and have a strong understanding of the CPG industry, as well as experience with forecast analysis and maintenance. The Forecast Analyst role will also be heavily Excel based, and therefore expert Excel skills are required.

Essential Functions

  • Using sales data, and marketing input to generate and analyze a sales forecast used to drive materials planning and supply chain.
  • Analysis of planning system data to recommend process improvements and to assist in the validation and implementation of application and process upgrades.
  • Design metrics and prepare reports to monitor forecast accurately and analyze all sales trends.
  • Provide ad hoc forecasts, sales and prepare archive reports as requested to assist management decisions.
  • Analyze monthly forecast in Griot's systems and safety stock in aggregate by both pieces and dollars.
  • Make adjustments to the forecast and safety stock in a timely manner using the most effective method.
  • Initiate further analysis and recommendations on forecast and safety stock anomalies and integrate market intelligence into the forecast.
  • Continuously look for ways to benchmark and improve processes through analysis of methods and models.
  • Measure forecast accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to quarterly consensus meetings with Marketing and Operations.
  • Assist to prepare inventory reduction initiatives for assigned product lines and rationalization process for product lines.

IT Helpdesk Technician (Tacoma, WA)

Essential Functions:

  • Provide front line end user support in a Windows/Microsoft environment
  • Setup and manage Active Directory and Exchange accounts
  • Deploy new hardware and diagnose failed hardware
  • Preform software updates and patch management
  • Continue to learn and stay abreast of changes in software
  • Escalate issues to the System Administrator
  • Inventory computing assets

Necessary Technical Knowledge:

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows in a networked environment
  • Strong knowledge with the Microsoft Office suite of products

  • Experience troubleshooting computing, networking and Audio/Video devices

  • MacOS & Linux knowledge is a plus

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support capacity
  • Graduates with a bachelors or associates degree in a computing or technical field will receive first consideration

The Web and Applications Developer directly impacts customer and employee experiences by debugging, enhancing, and maintaining the E-Commerce platform, intranets and other business applications. A strong knowledge of Microsoft and open source platforms are key. The candidate will need strong communication skills both written and verbal to work with employees, management, and vendors.

Essential Functions:

  • Diagnose and improve Java based E-Commerce platform
  • Monitor customer feedback for website enhancements
  • Support front-end design team with layout and scripting code
  • Work in teams to design solutions to business challenges
  • Creation of project plans and schedules for development goals
  • Rigorously test and review code designed by yourself or others
  • Continue to learn and stay on top of changing trends in software and web technologies

Necessary Technical Knowledge:
