Chart your progress. Check your work often with an artificial light such as a high-lumen LED flashlight to ensure you are achieving the results you expect before moving to the waxing step.


Clean pad, happy pad. Be sure to keep your pad clean as you are working. Use a pad brush or compressed air and remember to change pads regularly… using 2 to 4 minimum per vehicle.


Tape your trim. Prevent the dreaded discoloring residue that can build-up on bare plastic and rubber trim. Run a line of masking tape along the edge and save yourself some headaches.
