Rated 4 out of 5 by from I think I know what the problem is. There is a reviewer who says the magnets are not strong enough. I don't think that's the problem. The picture doesn't show it, but the "holder" is two pieces - one on each side of the roll. However, the "arms"/piece on which the "spool" is attached and on which the roll core rides is too short. So if you try and use a "full" i.e. new roll of paper towels, the diameter is too big for the arms and the roll won't turn freely when you pull. I had to install a "used" roll of paper towels with a smaller diameter to allow the roll to turn freely when I pulled. Other than that this is a very solid product. It works as advertized. If the company that makes it makes the mounting side arms an inch longer - I will buy another one. If the arms accommodated a brand new standard size roll of paper towels I would have given it five (5) * * * * *

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I can't buy enough of these... The towel dispenser works great in other places than the garage. This is perfect for those tight on space and cannot mount a towel holder beneath a counter or on a countertop in the kitchen. It's great on a refrigerator for parties and gatherings... towels are always easy to reach by anyone. The dispenser is great in RVs and in cramped mobile homes. I've purchased several of these for gifts. Those folks want me to order more. I have to, lest mine turn up missing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great portability, high quality. Use this product in my RV. Easy to move to different underbelly storage compartments if needed. Eliminates clutter of paper towels standing on end and in the way.
